The successful applicant will be performing work on US Government classified environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). This position will perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil. The successful applicant must have a current US Government TS/SCI Clearance.

Must be able to work onsite 4-5 days per week on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel overseas as needed (up to 10%).

Our Customer Delivery Technical Leaders are an essential part of the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering Business Critical Services to our customers! We combine the power of Cisco Analytics and knowledge with outstanding technical expertise and consulting (that's you) to drive value, innovation, and adoption in our customer's network. We help them to reduce risk, drive innovation, and enhance their network to meet business objectives. We are the trusted advisor, helping the customer understand their network, reduce risks, and take advantage of the technology. We work closely with Cisco Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customer and as a liaison, share what is coming with our customers to help them be the groundbreakers of technology.

Your Impact

We are seeking a Customer Delivery Technical Leader to design, implement, and lead complex network infrastructures. This role focuses on routing, switching, and security to ensure secure, high-performance networking. The ideal candidate understands Cisco technologies and can support and optimize large-scale networks. Bring your creative solutions and be a valuable asset to our team!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance (or TS with SCI eligibility).
  • Proven ability in Cisco enterprise networking and security.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Networks, Unified Communications, Data Center and/or Security technologies.
  • Multiple Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or relevant skills.
  • 5 years of large-enterprise architecture consulting experience as a technical leader with large-scale enterprise design and deployment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • The ability to demonstrate, lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of network issues.
  • Ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners.
  • Leverage good communication, consulting and customer rapport skills to build relationships.
  • Be experienced with Data Center, Collaboration, or Enterprise Technologies (SDWAN, DNAC, SDA).
