Influencer Marketing Program Lead - Gaming

Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Program Lead to oversee the execution and growth of our influencer partnerships. This person will be both a hands-on operator and a program lead, responsible for running day-to-day influencer campaigns while also shaping best practices, optimizing workflows, and guiding the long-term success of our influencer program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership

  • Serve as the lead for the influencer marketing program, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Establish and refine influencer program processes, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to set program goals, budget allocations, and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, interns, or external partners as the program scales.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns - from sourcing and contracting to content delivery and reporting.
  • Draft detailed campaign briefs, ensuring influencers have clear direction and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (social, brand, creative, legal, comms) to align influencer activations with broader campaigns.

Influencer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Identify new opportunities with emerging creators and platforms to keep the program innovative.
  • Develop a tiered approach to partnerships (nano, micro, macro, celebrity) to maximize ROI.

Operational Oversight

  • Track budgets, contracts, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly and cost-effectively.
  • Use influencer marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, Traackr, AspireIQ) to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure FTC compliance and brand safety across all partnerships.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and report on key KPIs: reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions, ROI.
  • Provide campaign recaps and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine influencer strategy through data analysis, trend monitoring, and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Significant influencer marketing experience (brand or agency), with at least 2 years in a program lead or senior role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for influencer culture, digital trends, and brand storytelling.
