The College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) at the University of Minnesota is dedicated to providing high-quality, flexible, and career-relevant education to a diverse student body. This position offers a flexible work arrangement as a hybrid position and has the unique opportunity to help shape and be responsible for the student experience. Required Qualifications * Master's degree in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution. * At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating mastery of evolving trends and practices. * Experience working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Experience building and leading a diverse team. * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Demonstrated knowledge and skill in inclusive excellence principles in higher education and/or the classroom. Preferred Qualifications * Terminal degree in a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. * 12+ years of professional experience in relevant academic or professional fields. * Five years of leadership experience in relevant professional or academic context. * Two years of postsecondary teaching experience. * Experience evaluating and developing curricula, including for the online environment.
