Overview Join Our Team as a Regional Maintenance Director! Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a vibrant environment and enjoys making a difference every day? We're looking for a Regional Maintenance Director to bring energy, expertise, and collaboration to our Brightview communities across Baltimore County and Howard County, Maryland. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for all things maintenance-supporting our Executive Directors, Maintenance Directors, and Regional Director of Operations to keep our communities running smoothly, safely, and beautifully. You'll spend your time traveling between communities, guiding maintenance teams, ensuring compliance, and lending a problem-solving hand wherever it's needed. Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
