Talent, Culture and Change Lead Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a visionary, execution-focused Consultant to Lead for our internal Talent, Culture, and Change and serve as the organization's subject matter expert in Talent while driving cross-functional alignment, workforce readiness, and strategic transformation. This leader will play a central role in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-wide programs that develop talent, embed our values, and prepare us for the future of work. This position balances deep internal operational focus with active external engagement across the broader talent and innovation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategy, learning, and change-and will bring a customer mindset to all initiatives, ensuring that we adopt internally what we offer externally. Key Responsibilities Internal Focus - Talent Strategy, Learning, Change, & Integration
- Serve as the People organization's expert in Talent, Learning & Development, and lead the design and execution of integrated, scalable strategies aligned to business priorities
- Work in close partnership with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to co-create and operationalize talent programs that are strategically aligned and widely adopted
- Shape and scale frameworks for performance development, career mobility, and succession planning
- Guide the design and implementation of change strategies that support organizational agility, digital transformation, and evolving business needs
- Partner with cross functional senior leaders and People team colleagues to build internal capability across functions and levels, particularly in leadership, learning, and change readiness
- Define and monitor key talent and learning metrics; use data to continuously improve effectiveness and impact
- Coordinate and lead the cross-functional Learning Huddle, ensuring an organizationally aligned and forward-looking approach to enterprise learning and development
- Administer the Percipio platform on behalf of the organization
- Partner with Marketing to align talent messaging with brand and customer value propositions, ensuring strong internal awareness and external consistency
- Ensure all people programs reflect and reinforce our company values and customer value proposition, enabling employees to live and deliver on our commitments
- Role model a "best customer" mindset-ensuring all new talent, learning, and transformation initiatives are tested and adopted within our own organization first
- Integrate AI Agent strategy into the talent lifecycle, including upskilling, automation-aware career pathways, and AI-enhanced learning delivery
External Focus - Talent Ecosystem, Partnerships & Thought Leadership
- Act as a senior organizational voice in external talent communities-collaborating with universities, industry groups, think tanks, and Talent development forums
- Represent the organization at events, panels, and partnerships focused on workforce transformation & development, leadership trends, and the future of learning
- Build strategic relationships that enhance access to emerging talent, thought leadership, and innovative practices in learning and development
- Track global trends in skills, learning science, and workforce transformation to inform internal strategies and future planning
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent in Organizational Psychology, Education, HR Development, or related field preferred)
- Recognized subject matter expertise in leadership development, enterprise learning, talent strategy, and performance enablement
- Experience and proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide talent and change initiatives in fast-paced, evolving organizations
- Strong knowledge of modern learning technologies, learning experience design
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build and articulate a strategy simply and clearly that both our team members and customers can consume

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term role Target compensation range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $160,000 - $195,000 annual salary. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
