The Position:

Under the direction of the project team, the Office/Documentation Assistant will provide on-site administrative and documentation support for our Jacksonville, IL project. This position is temporary (3-4 months, with potential extension) and is full-time (40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

This is not a remote job-the role requires working in the onsite office and occasionally documenting site activities in the field. (No labor tasks are included, but the role does require walking on uneven terrain and wearing required PPE.)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Process and organize jobsite paperwork and reports.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

  • Assist in verifying and documenting quality control standards.

  • Document site activities out on the jobsite (no physical labor).

  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and files for compliance.

  • Provide general administrative support to the onsite project team.

The Candidate:

Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Word and Excel proficiency
