Converting Operator - Tier One Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM Full-Time \| Day Shift Join Our Team! Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Converting Operator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products with precision and pride. What You'll Do As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating converting machines while ensuring product quality meets our standards. You'll play a key role in production, quality control, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Operate converting machines with accuracy and care Inspect products visually and physically to prevent defects Record production and quality data promptly and correctly Pack and palletize finished goods for shipment Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime Communicate effectively during shift handoffs Participate in 5S and housekeeping initiatives Assist coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment What You Bring Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods Willingness to work overtime as needed A team-first attitude and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED 3+ years of consistent work history, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting Why Join Us?
