Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: 3rd Shift \| Full-Time Lead with Purpose. Grow with Us. Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Converting operations on 3rd shift. This is a key leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team. What You'll Do As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Converting production area, including: Leading and coaching a team of production employees Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks Monitoring performance and conducting reviews Driving employee engagement and development Ensuring safety standards are met through inspections and training Managing production flow to meet customer expectations Collaborating across departments to meet plant goals Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality What You Bring 5+ years of progressive experience in plant operations 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles Results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement Comfortable working independently and under pressure Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field Experience in converting or manufacturing environments Why Join Us?
