This Position reports to:

Business Line Leader - Climate Control & Light Commercial Solutions

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing general price adjustments as well as channel rebates, and have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the NEMA division, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. You will be the point of contact for ABB channel partners and ABB Sales to manage the pricing process. Each day, you will follow pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion NEMA (MONM) division in the Americas. Main stakeholders are the MONM Business Lines and Channel Management.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Providing support for developing pricing concepts to establish and manage domestic, international and/or cross-divisional pricings, such as in key accounts or industrial segment requirements, to ensure policy compliance.
  • Management of customer pricing covering general adjustments, product rebates and incentive rebates
  • Responsible for implementation and communication of frame agreement pricing globally
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting its application throughout your area of accountability.
  • Driving increased profitability through established professional pricing infrastructure.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) with minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales, analysis or marketing.
  • Additional Preferred Experience Includes: Project Management, Pricing and/or Product Management experience / Demonstrated analytical and strategic pricing skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Proven experience in industrial markets and customer excellence, Previous experience answering Sales and Customer questions related to pricing
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
