We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and providing general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide information about the company to visitors, clients, and callers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs or services.
  • Help with event coordination or other office-wide activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting, Monday through Friday with regular business hours.
