PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Serves as the central coordinator and program manager for all Talent Acquisition team-hosted events, with primary responsibility for intern programming, planning, event execution, and intern communications. Leads the planning and management of additional Talent Acquisition events hosted at the corporate office for various student organizations and external/community groups. Drives continuous improvement and innovation in talent programs, ensuring seamless execution and impactful experiences for all participants.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manages the design, implementation, and communication of all GROWMARK-sponsored student events, including networking, guest speakers, intern program activities, online content, social activities, and career development sessions.

Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, from large-scale intern programs to smaller corporate luncheons, building tours, and special visits (e.g., National FFA events and campus ambassador activities).

Develop event concepts, agendas, and schedules tailored to the audience and objectives.

Manages all logistics and processes related to intern onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluations, and intern surveys, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of each activity.

Works closely with leadership to manage the budget for events, intern giveaways, displays, and collateral.

Evaluate event success through feedback, surveys, and post-event analysis; implement improvements for future events.

Manages communication and strategies for all GROWMARK-sponsored intern program alumni.

Forecasts and strategizes enhancements to all student programs and Talent Acquisition events, budgets, efficiencies, and processes with oversight and final approval by leadership.

Manages the GROWMARK Scholarship Program. Implements strategies to gain a greater ROI for the Scholarship Program and tracks scholarship recipients for targeted recruitment efforts.

Prepares and processes invoices, reimbursements, and career event registrations.

Creates and maintains intern and hiring manager communication channels, including intranet pages, chat groups, email distribution lists, and calendars.

Serves as a point of contact for escalated intern and hiring manager inquiries as it pertains to events; provides timely responses to questions and queries.

Partners with the Field Recruiting Team and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and share feedback, trends, and opportunities for program improvements.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

May be required to represent FS GROWMARK at various career fairs as needed.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field and 2-3 years of relevant planning experience to demonstrate event and program management.

Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail in planning, logistics, and execution.

Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences, stakeholders, and vendors, along with creative problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability to work hours beyond those considered "normal."

Must have to the ability to travel independently and overnight up to 25% of the time.

Ability to transport recruiting materials and assemble career fair displays.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
