Job Title: System Testing Sr Analyst Location: Columbia, SC (Preferred Onsite/ Secondary Remote) Duration: 6 Months Duties: * Provide service for multiple clients. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities. Perform quality checks across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed. * 40% Perform application testing analysis and lead activities that may include leading the development of test plans, cases, scenarios, and matrices, attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes. * 30% Create test cases, execute testing, and document results. Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Lead process improvement initiatives related to testing methodologies and techniques. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows. * 30% Provide service for multiple clients, which may include onsite service where needed. Facilitate and lead meetings with customers to understand and resolve technical issues. Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff. Required Technologies: * Agile Testing and CI/CD Experience * Cloud hosted application(s) testing experience * Identify, track, and manage bugs using TestRail, JIRA/Confluence, or ALM. * Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium Grid, JUnit, TestNG, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, and Postman). * Strong knowledge of lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or cloud migration testing. * Design, Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and automated scripts for cloud-native, containerized, and legacy applications migrated to AWS cloud. * Lead functional, regression, integration, system, failover, and performance testing across multi-tier AWS Cloud environments. * Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing, SQL, and test automation frameworks. * Solid understanding of test data strategy, version control, defect triage, and test metrics reporting. * Implement automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, AWS CodePipeline) * AWS Services - EC2, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CodeBuild * Security and compliance testing (HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST-800) * 508 / WCAG compliance testing (Burp Suite/OWASP ZAP, WAVE) * Medicare Experience Nice To Have: * Understanding DevOps practices and helps in managing cloud-based analytics pipelines and deployments. * Experience with GitHub Actions, version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows. * AWS Services - DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, Artifact Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or other job-related degree. OR 4 years of job-related work experience. OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology or other job related degree. Required Experience: 7 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or test matrices. |
