Position: Building Controls System Technician I Nature of Work Join a team where your technical expertise powers the heart of our campus operations. As a Building Controls System Technician, you'll perform skilled, journeyman-level work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced HVAC control systems-including pneumatic, electric, electronic, and direct digital control (DDC) technologies. Your work ensures comfort, efficiency, and sustainability across our facilities. This role is part of a structured four-step career path, offering clear opportunities for growth. * A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating commercial or industrial control systems. Anticipated Hiring Range
