Skilled Labor Starting Rates $24.43 + Sign on bonus Production Starting Rates $20.78 Increase every 3 months with top out in 12 Benefits Day 1 ~ 9% 401k Contribution ~ Technical Incentive ~ Paid Holidays ~ Paid Vacation 1st sift 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm -work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium. 3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Information: Plans and performs sequences of operations where the standard operational methods are available Makes general decisions as to setup sequences and correct responses when process monitoring indicates Prepares all gensets after testing Installs labels, door latches, silencers, etc Uses check sheets to audit gensets Checks paint appearances and ensures units are built to customers orders Requires painting of finished products and assists with packing of finished unit in cycle Exercises good housekeeping in work area Observes good safety practices in performance of job Necessary Skills: Requires ability to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record critical process information Additional Job Details Support & Production - S1 Organizational Impact Works to deliver on day-to-day objectives with minor impact on achievement results for the team Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set of procedures Work consists of tasks that are routine, or well defined, with specific instructions to achieve standardized solutions Work is closely supervised Communication & Influence Communicates with contacts typically within immediate job area on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring little explanation or interpretation Innovation & Complexity Responsible for checking data and information or troubleshooting when minor changes may be required based on review Daily challenges faced are routine and solutions clearly prescribed Follows a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or processes to derive a solution Leadership & Talent Management N/A - Jobs at this level are focused on self-development Knowledge & Experience Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.
