Location: Onsite Jacksonville


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm


Salary: $16.21 - $20.27 per hour, based on experience



What work will you perform?


In this role, you will be responsible for creating, tracking, reviewing, and distributing a variety of departmental reports on regular schedules-including but not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Your ability to analyze and compile data to produce accurate, insightful, and actionable reports for multiple management levels will bring you success in this role. Essential Responsibilities



  • Prepare, audit, and distribute a variety of departmental reports on a consistent schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all reports.
  • Meet strict reporting deadlines to support management's evaluation of asset allocation requests.
  • Develop new reports as needed, based on management's requirements and direction.
  • Identify and recommend innovative methods to aggregate, analyze, and report departmental data by interpreting trends and insights from existing reports.
  • Oversee the receipt, validation, and prompt processing of invoices from third-party vendors.
  • Assist with projects associated with audits and departmental information; consolidate and update accordingly.


Minimum Experience and Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One year of administrative support experience


Preferred Experience and Qualifications:



  • One year's Microsoft Office Suite experience with emphasis in Excel reporting
  • 6 months transportation experience


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Knowledge of Cognos Business Intelligence Tools
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills; attention to change in trends.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivation to collaborate on team efficiency goals.
