Commercial Excellence Knowledge Specialist- Hybrid/Bohemia, NY

We are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence Knowledge Management Specialist for the Commercial Excellence Team in Sartorius BPS Sales & Services organization.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Build commercial capability at a regional level, co-creating and rolling-out commercial excellence playbooks, best practices, and toolkits
• Oversee and manage improvement project from initiation to completion and hyper-care support, closely monitor and report on the progress to senior stakeholders
• Identify and implement innovative strategies and tools to drive effective knowledge sharing
• Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms such as company intranet, online databases, MS teams channels
• Train and onboard the new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for all employees addressing employee concerns and providing cross-functional support
• Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure data relevance and applicability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in knowledge management to ensure the effectiveness of the company's knowledge management strategy
• Support the organization in maintaining a work environment with a customer oriented and quality mindset that fosters learning, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork, inclusion & diversity

What will convince us:

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement / Operations or similar role
• Proven track record with deep knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and matrix/cross-functional team management
• Formal project management training or certification is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
• A strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution.
• Strong change management and strong assertiveness
• Experience working in an intercultural environment

Compensation range is $90,000-$115,500 (depending on qualifications, experience and location) plus up to a 10% annual bonus.
