Commercial Excellence Knowledge Manager-Hybrid/Bohemia, NY

We are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence Knowledge Management Specialist for the Commercial Excellence Team in Sartorius BPS Sales & Services organization.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Design and implement strategies for effective knowledge management within the Sales & Service Organization, identifying best practices and appropriate technological solutions.
• Organize the collection, storage, and updating of key information and knowledge, ensuring its accessibility and relevance.
• Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization, using collaborative platforms and effective communication methods.
• Provide training and raise awareness among employees about the importance of knowledge management and the use of available tools and resources.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make continuous improvements to optimize processes and tools.
• Integrate new technologies and practices into knowledge management to remain at the forefront of efficiency and innovation.

What will convince us:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement / Operations or similar role
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management
• Proven track record with deep knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and matrix/cross-functional team management
• Formal project management training or certification is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
• A strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution.
• Strong change management and strong assertiveness
• Experience working in an intercultural environment

Compensation range is $90,000-$128,100 (depending on qualifications, experience and location) plus up to a 10% annual bonus.
