We are seeking a Field Engineer to join our Construction Management team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on field experience, apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects, and develop professionally through mentorship and training.


As a Field Engineer, you'll support project teams in maintaining construction data, monitoring quality control, and assisting with project documentation - all while learning how successful engineering projects are managed from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine assignments under close supervision.



  • Maintain project data and documents (drawings, specifications, test results, and reports).



  • Coordinate testing and monitoring services.



  • Schedule quality control inspections and prepare routine progress reports.



  • Assist Project Managers and Engineers with client meetings, proposal preparation, and project administration.



  • Participate in office meetings and company learning opportunities to understand business, financial, and project operations.



  • Connect with mentors and colleagues to support career development.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.



  • No prior professional experience required. Internship experience in Construction management highly preferred.


  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.



  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
