The Associate Director of Subcontracts, Procurement is a key leadership role within a rapidly growing government contractor, responsible for overseeing subcontracting and procurement functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Management of Supply chain and risk management is a key attribute of this position to drive cost savings and compliance across our federal portfolio. This position will lead the strategic direction of subcontracting and procurement operations, manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), agency-specific clauses, and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Deltek Costpoint Procurement Module, a proven background in government contracting compliance, an understanding of Facilities Operations and Maintenance contracts and the ability to drive procurement strategies that support business growth and customer success. This is a "working" director position that will require hands on administration along with leadership for moving the department forward. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
