Utilizing antagonistic pleiotropy to better understand the contributors to autoimmune, inflammatory and infectious diseases. The Daly Lab focuses on genetic discovery across immune-mediated and psychiatric disorders. They work simultaneously on growing biobank efforts to expand and diversify genetic discovery and to develop strategies that advance the interpretation of mechanism underlying disease-causing variation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct independent, computationally-based research, to dissect the genetics of complex disease by integration across diseases with -omics profiling to identify distinct mechanisms contributing to disease. Education requirements:PhD
Years of experience: 1 year post-PhD
