The RoleIf you are an experienced Executive Assistant looking to expand their career in a large multinational enterprise, AspenTech is seeking a driven individual, to work in a fast-paced environment to support our President and other executives. You will perform a broad range of administrative duties focused on enabling the efficiency and effectiveness of the leaders you support.

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to be dynamic and flexible to manage a multitude of competing priorities and deadlines. You must have great attention to detail along with superior communication skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. You must be a self-starter to initiate and manage activities with a strong sense of ownership and overall focus on work quality and timeliness. Your Impact
  • Undertake administrative activities and projects that require confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgement.
  • Proactively support Executives to assist in and in support of their productivity. Anticipate issues and initiate appropriate action to ensure the most effective use of the Executive's time.
  • Manage complex calendar arrangements for Executive team members, spanning multiple time zones and countries, including teleconference meetings, planning, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for both U.S. and international trips, to include Visas, flights, hotel, ground transportation, as well as processing travel and expenses.
  • Organize meetings including scheduling dates/times, room reservations, and agenda development.
  • Ensure Executive team members have all necessary information for meetings, i.e., synthesize and prepare relevant documentation, coordinate agenda items, etc.
  • Comfortable coordinating Executive and C-Suite meetings and on-site visits.
  • Draft, review, make edits to and format presentations and documents; prepare spreadsheets.
  • General administrative support including telephone screening, printing, copying, and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Providing back-up coverage for other administrative staff.
  • Any other duties as required by the Executive Team member and other leaders.
What You'll Need
  • 5 or more years' experience supporting Executive level management in a C-level corporate environment.
  • High School diploma required, Associate's or additional degrees a plus.
  • Experience working with Office 365, AI, and other technologies such as Workday and Oracle.
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a multitude of competing priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage a demanding workload and balance self-managed tasks/projects along with management support needs.
  • Thoroughness and follow-through.
  • A good team player with ability to interact effectively with Executives and employees at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
