You will lead both the strategic development and execution of targeted go-to-market (GTM) initiatives-including win-back, dormant re-engagement, and vertical-focused strategies-and the management of a high-performing channel sales team in the East U.S. region.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy Leadership



  • Own and execute targeted GTM strategies focused on:



    • Re-engaging dormant partners
    • Win-back programs for lapsed accounts
    • Industry-specific (vertical) partner initiatives



  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Field Sales, and Enablement teams to design campaigns and sales motions that support these targeted efforts.
  • Analyze market data and partner performance trends to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop tailored engagement plans.
  • Track, measure, and optimize GTM campaign success metrics (e.g., reactivation rates, vertical growth contribution, partner engagement KPIs).



Partner Sales Leadership



  • Successfully manage, grow, and develop a team of channel sales professionals covering the East U.S. region.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Drive the channel team to meet and exceed targets by overseeing account activity, forecasting, pipeline health, and close rates.
  • Evolve channel processes, procedures, and partner programs to improve scalability and performance.
  • Implement new program elements that support partner recruitment, enablement, accreditation, performance measurement, and accountability.
  • Champion ease of doing business for partners by reducing friction in sales, support, and operational processes.
  • Foster productive collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, SEs, Finance, etc.).
  • Maintain a high field presence by participating in partner engagement and customer sales cycles, especially in key accounts and strategic markets.
  • Continuously identify and implement innovations in channel strategy-covering areas like partner incentives, compensation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market best practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience at global enterprise technology companies - including security and software experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading partner sales teams for an enterprise technology company
  • Very knowledgeable and experienced in channel sales management, reporting, required assets, processes, incentives, and effective programs
  • Fluid, working knowledge of how to build and measure pipeline creation, deal velocity, quoting, proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other executive decision-makers
  • Highly developed partner and client satisfaction focus -- excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing both the strategic direction and tactical execution of a high-growth and experienced channel sales team; strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required -- including content development
  • 40-50% travel required

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $160,000-$240,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
