Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors, and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.

• Directs and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for assigned department(s) in accordance with established regulatory agencies.
• Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
• Manages operations and development for assigned area(s) with measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and customer patient satisfaction.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required,Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted in accordance with policy.
• MBA, MHA, or related degree preferred or willing to obtain.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance.
• 5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years must have been in a management ambulatory/acute care capacity.
