Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our bnsf | tech HR team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitate end-to-end job requisition process, including creation, approval workflows, posting, and tracking, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates and interview teams.
  • Assessment Management: Administer and track candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and communication of results.
  • Recruiting Mailbox Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries in the recruiting mailbox, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Project Support: Assist with various talent acquisition initiatives and projects, including process improvements, reporting, and event coordination.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Daily work is conducted in a safety indoor office environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Able to work in the US without company sponsorship now AND in the future.
  • 1 year experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
