Fleet Coordinator

Job functions include, but are not limited to:
* Auction Projects:
* Manage auction-related tasks, including pulling the auction report, vehicle titles and managing the Sold Unit Spreadsheet.
* Calculate sales numbers and report findings.
* Manage incoming Samsara GPS and cameras:
* Update ongoing spreadsheet of device data and tracking numbers
* Process Violations:
* Enter and process toll invoices and traffic violations (red light, parking, speeding).
* Ensure timely payment and record-keeping.
* Check Payments:
* Receive and process check payments from vendors and customers.
* Update records and ensure accurate accounting.
