Are you ready to advance your career in program management? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Major Projects team as a Program Management Analyst II. In this role, you will support program management efforts by following established processes and standards, with a strong emphasis on learning and skill development through hands-on assignments. You'll build core proficiencies in project scope, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and risk management, contributing to broader team objectives while developing your expertise in a collaborative and structured environment. What You Will Do:

  • Plan and package project deliverables for execution.

  • Collaborate with internal permitting teams to gather information and support scheduling activities.

  • Participate in meetings and field activities to observe and learn about project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Assist in reviewing design drawings, technical reports, and material specifications, escalating questions or concerns to senior team members

  • Help identify project risks, exposures and opportunities that may impact the success of the assigned projects. Maintain the project risk tracker for each assigned project.

  • Support the Construction team during execution phases, primarily by relaying information and coordinating routine tasks

  • Maintain documentation, manage program data, and update requisitions (e.g., work orders) as directed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Promote the safety and health of workers for assigned projects.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management. A Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • 2-4 years of experience.

  • Basic understanding of engineering and construction principles.

  • Ability to follow instructions, adhere to established processes, and ask for guidance when needed.

  • Strong desire to learn and develop within a structured environment.

  • Effective communication skills for relaying factual information and updates.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage routine tasks.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented work style.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Oracle.

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • University degree in engineering

  • Exposure to field operations or project environments.

  • Familiarity with pipeline industry terminology and basic regulatory standards.

Physical Requirements:

Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Mental Requirements:

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, prioritize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Working conditions:

  • Predominantly an office environment.

  • Will require frequent travel to the project location.
