The team specializes in supporting Macquarie Capital the investment banking arm with their technology needs from platform implementations, system maintenance and technology due diligence on operationally segregated subsidiaries.

What role will you play?

Responsible for participating in technical due diligence process, including performing project management, working alongside investment banking deal teams and technical risk managers; assisting in evaluating system, process, and technical environment compliance against relevant policies and standards, including articulating findings within risk and operational profiles; assisting in identification and documentation of relevant information security and/or operational risks, including identifying remediation actions and assisting in development of action plan to mitigate these risks; monitoring and managing project delivery against remediation action plans through to completion; communicating status updates to internal stakeholders within business and technical divisions; and supporting and managing ongoing governance and compliance of related technology partners.
Salary range for this position: $160,000 to $220,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, business information systems, economics, management information systems or related field plus 5 years of technical due diligence experience within financial services
  • Prior experience must include 3 years managing projects, including leading multidisciplinary delivery teams
  • 3 years evaluating system, process, and technical environment compliance against relevant policies and standards, including articulating findings
  • 3 years identifying and documenting information security and operational risks, including identifying remediation actions and developing action plans to mitigate risks
  • 3 years monitoring and managing execution of remediation action plans.
