 As a Manager, Operations Support at RXO, you'll ensure the establishment, implementation and maintenance of processes needed for the Quality Management System. You'll promote awareness of customer requirements and have the organizational freedom to resolve matters pertaining to quality, helping us maintain superior levels of product/service conformity.  Drive key quality, inventory and other critical metrics across the site by utilizing continuous improvement tools and processesSchedule, review and monitor work instructions with supervisors and associates in designated areas of responsibility; lead associates to safely and efficiently execute daily rolesReview facility/department training status and schedule training according to set frequency; ensure training requirements are met in a timely mannerWrite specifications for new developments and system enhancementsAnalyze client requirements, determine fit and customizations, develop proposals, gather supporting data for cost estimates and present RXO's capabilities and solutions to prospective clientsServe as project manager for system implementations and upgrades; provide ongoing support as neededSupport implementations by delivering documented implementation plans, configuring systems, training users and providing post-implementation supportPerform process and data modelingGenerate project ideas and solutions; implement changes within and across departmentsUtilize and maintain warehouse management system processes to deliver appropriate work documents and outcomes At a minimum, you'll need: 
 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience leading value stream assessments and Lean improvement events (Kaizen events) It'd be great if you also have: 
 Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experienceExperience with statistical software, process mapping/modeling and prediction modeling tools skills (Crystal Ball)Distribution and e-commerce experience, with heavy utilization of continuous process improvement methodologiesExperience improving business processesExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization; strong verbal and written communication skillsA results-oriented work style; highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to deal with ambiguityThe ability to maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork in meeting goals and objectives Does this sound like you?
