Note: Enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan is required for some benefits. What does a Sr. Production Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? Direct and coordinate the day to day production activities producing the highest quality product as efficiently and economically as possible within the KORE and ISO standards for Quality, Food Safety, Safety and Environment. Responsibilities: Ensures plant is in compliance with all KORE Quality/Environmental/Safety, ISO-9001, and FSSC-022000 requirements and all Federal/ State laws and regulations pertaining to production. Monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for production, quality, safety and environmental relative to the production process. Ensure good coordination and communication with Sales Department, supply and demand planning to formulate the weekly production schedule to achieve the proper balance with production and inventory levels. Review with plant manager and maintenance manager the production needs for capital expenditure budgets. Hires, supervises and provides professional development and training for all production personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience required 10+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, warehouse and management required Facilities and operations management Safety requirements knowledge KORE requirements for Quality, Safety and Environmental Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety and Environmental Knowledge of international food safety requirements Understanding of Coca-Cola KORE requirements Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities Come and join our Sparkling team! Base pay range is $117,209 - $153,837 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
