The Senior Analyst as part of the Crew Resources Planning team, will ensure sufficient future staffing levels for the Flight Ops and Inflight operational groups. In doing so, the Senior Analyst will develop, use, and maintain workforce planning systems and perform various scheduled and ad-hoc analyses to drive an operable and profitable airline. In addition to strategizing and analyzing crew resourcing scenarios from a micro and macro level, the Senior Analyst will implement tools and resources that will help make effective decisions that impact key company performance metrics. They may also occasionally work on similar projects for other hourly operational groups.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering or related; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Advanced Excel (for example pivot tables, complex formulas etc.), and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
General experience in airline crew planning, which may include understanding Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), working with a Preferential Bidding System (PBS) and applying collective bargaining agreement clauses
Familiarity with advanced analytics and optimization models, for example, linear and integer programming, simulation, machine learning
Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun
Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))
The base pay range for this position is between $64,350.00 and $103,100.00 per year.
