Description

The Senior Accountant plays a key role accurately preparing financial and accounting records.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage the daily transaction process
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for related companies
  • Prepare internal reports and analysis
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
  • Maintain the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable system for multiple companies
  • Maintain fixed asset listings
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with annual budget process and ongoing variance analysis
  • Provide financial guidance and support on special projects
  • Assist with developing monthly management reports
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the
  • Any and all other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2-4 years of applicable experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • Experienced with Excel and ERP system(s)
  • Self-motivated and the ability to function independently, as well as with a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions
  • Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Travel to other work locations, if required
