Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Knoxville, TN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Developing project/program plans on small to medium-sized construction projects, including equipment replacement projects.
• Guide project/program management activities (defining schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and resource activities) for assigned projects of medium complexity.
• Develop vendor relationships.
• Communicate technical information to cross-functional team members and functional management.
• Complete documentation requirements clearly and on time to satisfy various government and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure the completion of projects on time, on budget, and with satisfactory workmanship to satisfy both the internal customer and outside regulatory agencies.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $45 - $55/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1^st Shift).

Length: Temp (12 months).

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA).
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with project management of construction projects.

• Master's Degree.
• Able to work independently and within a group/team environment.
• Technical leadership, an ability to influence team members, and critical thinking skills are essential for successfully resolving cross-functional problems.
• Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, MSProject, and AutoCAD).
• Good organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Good presentation skills in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Budgeting techniques.
• Experience with Agile PLM (Oracle-based) document management software.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Travel will be needed between 30% and 40%.
