Summary:

We are looking for a confident individual with strong digital operations and technical experience who understands the importance of communication, solutions, and delivery. You should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, leading projects, and working in cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital media Operations, including video, display, and connected TV. Self-service business models experience is a plus. The Business Operations Manager is expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

The Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Operations and be based in the NYC office. Responsibilities:

* Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies

* Define end-to-end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution

* Identify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutions

* Identify and document necessary policies and support structures

* Enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies

* Build RACI for operationalization across teams, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Sales Systems

* Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow

* Enhance day-to-day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies

* Creative tracking and execution

* Campaign reporting

* Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools

* Policy enforcement

* Campaign success

* Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business

* Collaborate with members of Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations teams to create an automated, scalable solution

* Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations

* Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner

* Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations

Requirements:

* 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.

* Must be task-driven & can produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills required.

* Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.

* Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.

* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.

* Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources.

* Consulting experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

* Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

* Excellent organization and mathematical skills

* Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs is a must
