Join one of the world's largest manufacturers of recycled rubber products and become part of something bigger! Staffmark is seeking Mixer Operators to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

Shifts & Pay:



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $18/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | $18.75/hr



What You'll Do



  • Operate the Banbury mixer, controlling temperature, time, and speed for each batch
  • Accurately measure and add raw ingredients according to recipes or formulas
  • Monitor the mixing process and adjust to maintain proper consistency
  • Perform quality checks during and after mixing to ensure standards are met
  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting of the mixer
  • Maintain detailed batch records, including materials, settings, and process observations
  • Follow all safety protocols and comply with regulations for equipment and material handling
