Summary:

The Consumer Business Division's Supply Chain Team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, and the Global Operations Center and tracked using spreadsheets, SAP, and Systems and Tools. The Product Supply Chain Planner will work with the Team Lead to manage a specific range of products or projects while working closely with the other Planners at CBD. The Planner will also manage tactical projects on behalf of the entire Supply Chain Team and generate reports for internal Customers and Executive Management.

Responsibilities:

* Industry experience in Supply Planning

* Strong financial analysis and simulation skills

* Very strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills

* Drive operational requirements for new technology segments for B2C Display

* Weekly monitoring SOP for B2C demand planning

* Daily communication with each account to sync with customer commitment

* Weekly allocation follow-up to update on-time delivery

* Weekly inventory management and KPI report

* All other duties as assigned.

* Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.

* Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.

* Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.

* Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Requirements:

* Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar

* 2-3 years' work experience in a relevant field (Forecasting, Demand Planning, Metrics, Reporting)

* Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills

* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.

* SAP experience helpful.

* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)

* Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment

* Must be available to work overtime and on weekends

Preferred Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.

* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
