What you will do

As a key member of our Fire Service Sales team, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. With general supervision, you'll coordinate service sales requests from start to finish-ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality support. You'll play a pivotal role in boosting productivity, and enhancing profitability, all while delivering outstanding service.

You'll collaborate closely with the Service Sales Team to meet customer expectations and timelines. By analyzing team performance and making strategic adjustments, you'll help elevate customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

How you will do it

  • Communicate service plans and expectations directly to customers, ensuring clarity and confidence.
  • Confirm service completion meets customer standards and follow up as needed to reinforce satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, or escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Reconcile invoice requests daily to maintain accurate records and accountability.
  • Monitor service sales booking progress and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in creating Labor & Material (L&M) quotations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare for and participate in business review meetings, discussing key account metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Research and resolve questions raised during monthly business reviews.
  • Keep customer account information current to support efficient call management and task scheduling.
  • Support business reviews, billing processes, and customer retention efforts.
  • Facilitate warranty proposals.
  • Step in to support overflow tasks as needed.
  • Answer incoming customer calls, resolve issues, or route inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What we look for

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with professionalism and persistence.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace team-oriented environment.
  • Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet business application usage.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of five years' experience in customer service or service sales within the fire industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external clients.
  • Skilled in prioritizing work based on financial impact and business goals.
  • Capable of influencing diverse teams to achieve shared goals.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.65-27 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
