Symetra has a superb opportunity to join our team as a Technical Program Manager! About the role The Technical Program Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of medium-complexity technical programs that span technical teams and domains. As a TPM, you will work closely with Product Owner, Engineering team and other stakeholders to coordinate the delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and reliable production performance, including active involvement in testing, production support, and on-call issues resolution. You will ensure that all non-functional requirements (such as reliability, scalability, security, etc.) are documented, incorporated into plans, tracked, and executed appropriately. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common business goals. What you'll do

Compensation Salary Range: $113,700 - $189,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who you are
