Temple University's Institutional Advancement is searching for a Campaign Operations Coordinator. Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of the One Stop Student Services within Enrollment Management, the Associate Director supports the strategic vision and provides operational leadership for the university wide One Stop Student Services center at Temple University. This position plays a key role in coordinating and enhancing the student experience by helping to integrate essential student services, including financial aid, admissions, registrar functions, and student success initiatives. The Associate Director partners with the Director to ensure the One Stop center delivers efficient, timely, and student-centered support that aligns with Temple's retention, persistence, and graduation goals. Assists in managing daily operations, oversees the unified One Stop call center operations, supervises frontline staff, and drives process improvements, automation efforts, and service innovations to reduce barriers for students. Performs other duties as assigned. This position requires Child Abuse Certifications prior to the commencement of service Required Education & Experience: *Bachelor's degree and at least five years' experience in financial aid, preferably at a supervisory level, with working knowledge of all federal financial aid regulations. *Prior experience with Banner Financial Aid or similar student information systems used in higher education to support enrollment and financial aid operations. *An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred Experience: *Experience with navigating student records, processing and updating financial aid data, verifying student eligibility, managing aid packaging and disbursement processes, and retrieving or uploading documentation. Required Skills & Abilities: *Strong ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to staff, fostering a high-performing, student-centered team. *Ability to effectively manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple initiatives while building positive relationships across campus. *Must be highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining strict confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA and university policies. *Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases), as well as familiarity with student information systems and CRM platforms. *Strong oral and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage, advise, and collaborate with a diverse population of students, families, staff, administration, and faculty. *Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on key initiatives. *Dedication to providing high-quality customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all students. *Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings as needed to support university events and student engagement efforts during peak service periods. *Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings. This position is assigned as Onsite.
