Purpose: The Corporate Brand Experience Director is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact B2B events that elevate the adidas brand, engages key brand partners, employees, and drives business objectives. This role oversees a team of event experts and works within a dynamic cross-functional environment to deliver seamless, memorable, and result-driven corporate event experiences. Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and facilitate ALL B2B events across Go To Market, Wholesale, Employee, ERG, Hospitality, and NAM Showrooms to ensure brand excellence and ROI.
- Lead a team of direct reports by providing clear direction and communication that supports the Brand Experience function and overall adidas business.
- Develop innovative and experiential strategy across B2B moments.
- Provide seasonal reporting to NAM Brand Experience Senior Director.
- Establish and drive agency partner strategy to drive innovation, consistency, and investment efficiency.
- Establish event best practices that streamline planning and production that drive for efficiency and results.
- Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Procurement team.
- Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Finance team.
- Ownership and management of B2B event calendar and provide guidance and flag overlap/conflict to Brand Experience Senior Director and key stakeholders.
- Ownership and management of B2B budget and provide consistent reporting for Brand Experience Senior Director.
- Identify and develop talent to help fuel the team's succession plan.

Qualifications:
- Four-year College or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
- Minimum 8-10-year event marketing experience.

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
