The Process & Tools Leader plays a critical role in enabling consistent, efficient, and scalable execution of integration and separation initiatives across the enterprise. The role leads the creation of blueprints that define the end-to-end execution model for integration and separation programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and repeatability. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized playbooks, templates, and tools, ensuring their adoption across projects, and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.

As a Process & Tools Leader - M&A Integration & Separation CoE, you will be responsible for:

Lead the strategic design and implementation of scalable processes and tools that drive operational efficiency across the Integration and Separation programs.

  • Blueprint Creation - Lead the development ofintegration and separation blueprintsthat define the end-to-end execution model, including governance, workstreams, milestones, decision gates, and interdependencies.

  • Playbook & Template Development - Design, develop, and maintain comprehensiveM&A Integration and Separation playbooks, including process flows, checklists, templates, and guidance documents.

  • Governance & Execution Consistency - Establish and enforcestandards for consistent executionacross all integration and separation projects. Partner with IMO/SMO leads and functional workstream owners to ensure alignment and adherence to best practices. Monitor project compliance with established methodologies and escalate deviations as needed.

  • Tools Implementation & Management - Lead the selection and implementation of digital platformsfor project tracking, reporting, and collaboration (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI). Define and maintain tool architecture, user roles, and data governance protocols. Ensure tools are scalable, user-friendly, and integrated with existing enterprise systems.

  • Training & Adoption - Develop and delivertraining programsfor project teams on playbooks, templates, and tool usage. Create onboarding materials, quick reference guides, and FAQs to support adoption.

  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management - Facilitatepost-project reviewsto capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain a centralized repository ofbest practices. Drive a culture of learning and knowledge sharing across the CoE and broader organization.

  • Audit Readiness & Documentation - Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in process design, enterprise transformation, or M&A integration/separation programs.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement scalable execution frameworks, playbooks, and governance models.

  • Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms for project management, collaboration, and reporting (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams).

  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and adoption of standardized processes.

  • Experience in leading training and enablement programs to support tool and process adoption.

  • Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies and post-project review practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred.
