Heathcare Project Manager

STV are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design through construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility construction, MEP systems, and project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of healthcare MEP construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination.

  • Oversee contractor performance, subcontractor management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with design, code, and client requirements.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, facility stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections; track change orders and project costs.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and project meetings to maintain project quality and adherence to safety standards.

  • Review and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and vendor proposals; ensure proper documentation for all project activities.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving conflicts, and providing proactive solutions to challenges.

  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of healthcare construction project management experience, with strong MEP knowledge.

  • Experience managing large-scale hospital or healthcare facility renovations, expansions, or new builds.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety, NFPA, ASHRAE, and healthcare-specific regulations.

  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$114,544.55 - $152,726.06
