Client Coordinator - Healthcare Experience Required We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator with prior experience in a healthcare setting to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting case management processes through CMS portals and internal systems, ensuring accurate data handling and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: * CMS Portal Management: Navigate and process cases through CMS portals, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into internal databases. * Eligibility Review: Assess documentation for eligibility and completeness before advancing cases for review. * Data Operations: Prepare, enter, track, and maintain case-related data with precision and confidentiality. * Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, addressing questions, status updates, and general information requests. * Medical Record Handling: * Retrieve medical records from external client systems. * Upload and organize records within internal databases. * Verify that all required documentation is complete and properly filled out. * Case Assignment: Once verified, assign medical records to internal reviewers who provide clinical insights to support insurance decisions regarding treatment or diagnosis claims. Qualifications: * Healthcare Experience is Mandatory - candidates must have worked in a healthcare-related environment and be familiar with medical documentation and terminology. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in data systems and portals (CMS experience preferred). * Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
