Per Mar is seeking a security officer for a local elementary school. This is an unarmed, observe-and-report only position. Officer will not receive any special legal authority.
Schedule will reflect the school districts student calendar M-F, 8 am - 4:00 pm. $19.00 per hour. An occasional evening may be required for special activities. Off weekends, holidays, teacher in-service, weather cancellations, and summer breaks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor campus for trespassing.
- Conduct rounds of school properties.

- Address persons engaging in suspicious activities and report to school administrators.
- Additional duties as requested by administrators.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Works well around children.
• Work history reflecting responsibility and accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the both the company's and school's pre-employment screening process. This includes drug screen and background investigations.
