Process Training Specialist 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Sun-Thurs Base shift, must be flexible to work on other shifts.
About the Role
- Train new and current associate-level employees on processes within the Distribution Center
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned area(s) regarding SOPs for Quality, Safety, and Security
- Support Operations through SOP training, on-the-job training, auditing, and orientation
- Collaborate with the Operations Training Specialist to align with overall training strategy
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on training on SOPs for assigned department(s) (75%)
- Partner with Quality & Continuous Improvement teams to support and improve Quality, Safety, and Security (10%)
- Assist with productivity tasks to meet operational needs (5%)
- Review SOPs and processes with cross-functional teams (5%)
- Help evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and skill assessments (5%)
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
- Use office equipment and perform basic clerical tasks
- Handle basic math and data entry
- Pay attention to detail and work efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Work well with all levels of management
- Show cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
- Lead with initiative and creativity
- Stay organized and manage time effectively
- Adapt to change and work under pressure
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
- Work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Lift and transport up to 60 lbs

- Use computer applications at an intermediate level
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
Working Conditions
- Distribution Center: may include extreme temperatures, noise, heights, humidity, and outdoor exposure
- Classroom and office environments
- Occasional overtime or non-standard hours
