Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Senior Program Analyst who will work under close direction of the HAWK Project Manger and with government civilians, to perform a vast array of program management duties, for the HAWK Project Office.

As a Senior Program Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the HAWK PM with cost, schedule and technical performance responsibilities, project planning/analysis, program development, execution, financial, and contracts.
  • Provide recommendations to complex problems related to program management.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing program plans, strategies, and objectives, ensuring alignment with DoD priorities.
  • Resource Management: Managing program budgets, schedules, and personnel to achieve program goals.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the program.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Performance Management: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program progress and ensure objectives are met.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and DoD regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring program teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within the program.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conducting thorough analysis, providing recommendations, and preparing regular reports on program status and performance.
  • Candidate will develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and Industry support contractors to coordinate and assure optimal customer support and on time accomplishment of the program's objectives within budget and schedule.
  • Candidate will prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data. Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages.
  • Candidate will coordinate with software & hardware engineers regarding the testing, functionality, fielding, and subsequent training for HAWK Project Office programs.
  • Coordinate and provide logistics and technical support during all phases of the system's life cycle from development through initial fielding and Live Fire Exercises (LFX) to end of life demilitarization.
  • Candidate will travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the HAWK Project Office efforts.
  • The individual will research material for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums.
  • He/she will work on other projects as assigned.
  • He/she will secure information by completing data base backups.
  • Will provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • He/she should demonstrate significant knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products.

Job Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years program related experience in related areas with at least 5 years functional or program management experience.

  • Knowledge of current acquisition policies; experience with Title 22 and Title 10 BPC funded programs; and posses superior experience in stakeholder collaboration.

  • Air Missile Defense related experience desired (such as HAWK, Patriot).

  • Project Management experience is desirable.

  • Secret security clearance required.
