The Operations Area Supervisor of will provide leadership to create an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement and a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The Operations Area Supervisor drives the operational strategy and is the liaison with technicians, upper management, and facilities. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of service rental offerings in a specific geographic market that will generate growth, process improvement, and profit in the branch. The position is responsible for overseeing fundamental operational initiatives, in addition to managing materials, inventory (equipment, accessories and disposables), vehicle fleet maintenance, daily logistics of personnel and equipment. The Operations Area Supervisor will effectively supervise branch technicians. The Operations Area Supervisor will review the daily schedule to ensure optimal utilization of assets and personnel. The Operations Area Supervisor will act and perform as required by standards and protocols and ensure that their subordinates do the same. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. There will be exposure to heat greater 80 degrees and cold less than 60 degrees in the outdoors. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
