This role is well suited for a product professional who is motivated by building datadriven products that generate insights, strengthen user engagement, and support business growth.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that help Lenovo build a comprehensive view of customer behavior. As the leader of the User Insights product roadmap, you will translate business needs into actionable initiatives and ensure successful delivery through agile practices.

This role is part of Lenovo's User Insights and Engagement team, focused on enabling a unified understanding of customer engagement to inform product development, personalization, and organizationwide strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Lenovo's User Insights capabilities across devices and digital platforms.
  • Define and evolve Lenovo's user engagement data model, metrics framework, and KPI taxonomy across devices and digital channels.
  • Own the definition and governance of engagement data accuracy, instrumentation standards, and reporting logic in partnership with analytics and data engineering teams.
  • Use SQL or BI tools to explore data, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog and support execution using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders (engineering, analytics, marketing, product management) to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product success and track adoption, engagement, and impact.
  • Identify opportunities for new insights capabilities, including segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management with agile teams.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience in a technology environment.
  • Experience working with product analytics, behavioral data, or customer engagement datasets.
  • Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries or using BI tools to independently explore datasets and validate business hypotheses.
  • Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience delivering software or datadriven products involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased and crossdevice (PC, mobile) software ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
