Team Lead (L5)

JOB DUTIES:

As an L5 Team Lead you will manage a team of 5-10 technical engineers. This role is responsible for delivery execution, team development, and aligning technical work with business goals. The Team Lead will play a key role in project planning, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• * Lead and support a team of engineers through planning, execution, and delivery
• * Break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and incremental releases
• * Set timelines and ensure delivery commitments are met
• * Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
• * Provide coaching, feedback, and career development
• * Remove blockers and improve team productivity
• * Maintain quality through sound development processes
• * Translate business needs into clear technical direction
• * Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• * Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related technical field
• * 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• * Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
• * Project planning and delivery management
• * Effective communication across technical and business contexts
• * Conflict resolution and team-building skills
• * Technical understanding to support informed decision-making
• * Performance evaluation and resource planning experience
