Job Description

We are seeking a Program Analyst / Project Manager to join our team inWashington, DC. This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote and 2-3 days on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Serveas program manager for the sub-contract, including management of 3 employees
• Support senior leadership team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and white papers to potential clients and partners
• Manage multiple formats andsystems related to various taskers in support of all customer offices
• Providesupport to customer with preparation of draft documents, including reports, memos, letters, meeting minutes, position papers, white papers, briefs, talking points, standard operating procedures, program documentation, and presentations
• Manage customer shared email inboxes and respond to incoming assignments, as necessary
• Reviewacquisition management documents for accuracy, consistency, completeness
• Reviewand commenton process and management documents to ensure grammatical correctness, organization, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Participatein program/project andacquisition management related meetings, as assigned by task lead
• Maintainaccurate and complete documentation regarding workforce and program/projectmanagement related decisions, to include SharePoint repositories
• Support and providetraining to all new task management team employees
• Reviewand editteam charter
• Serveas acting task lead, as necessary

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience with government policies and practices associated withmajor systems acquisition management OR HS Diploma and five (5) years of experience
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communications, planning, and supervisory, leadership, and operational skills.
• Expert level Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Project managementcertification a plus.
• USCG experience is highly preferred.
