POSITION SUMMARY: The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the administration and transactional processing of activities related to the reciving process of the warehouse, ensuring that records are documented and recorded in an accurate and timely manner. This role is also responsible for the End to End process of the Company Store. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing in SAP of all transactions related to the inbound of materials received. Must review and ensure that sections of the receiving forms and trailer inspection forms are fully completed in compliance with the warehouse and quality requirements
- Daily reconciliation and inventory sync for all materials received in the inbound storage bin (160)
- Responsible for maintaining the schedule of inbound trucks
- Administration of the Company Store: replenishment of products, inventory management and reconciliation (1 count per week), cashier.
- Any other additional duties required by the supervisor.
- Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company.
- All Nestle Professional functions across our Value Chain are fully responsible for observing mandatory principles, norms and instructions, for maintaining agreed Quality standards and for constantly improving them.
- Any other additional duty required by the department including support the programs, policies and corporate/regional initiative of the company agreed Quality standards and for constantly improving them.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma / GED equivalent is required
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in warehouse environment and understanding of processes associated with shipping and receiving of loads ; Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge on inventory management
SKILLS:
- Strong communications skills required
- Must be results focus and service oriented
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule if needed by the company; Willing to work any day of the week, weekends
- Must possess basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP; IMREX skills desired
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English
- Proficiency in SAP computer system applications
- Willing to work under pressure
